The massage is a must
Most of you do not consider it effective but it is necessary! Massage helps to deal with skin problems while improving blood circulation, lymph decongestion and the removal of toxins from the body. In addition, it fights dryness and helps maintain skin elasticity. Lymphatic massage is the one that contributes the most to the fight against cellulite and it is good to do it on a weekly basis. Whatever cream you put on, the only sure thing is that it must be applied with a massage, this is no accident!
What I tell all women and emphasize is that it is very important to exfoliate definitely once a week and 2-3 times if the problem is severe.
An easy and inexpensive body scrub solution that you can all do yourself effortlessly is this:
– Mix coffee beans with coconut oil and use the mixture by smearing your body and gently massaging in circular motions. Another thing you can do is to wrap the problem areas, which are usually the buttocks and abdomen, with plastic wrap and leave the mixture on for 15-20 minutes before taking a bath.
Immediately after, you will prepare a mask and apply it with movements from the bottom up, massaging again... (What else!).
