Mother's refrigerator sweet

Every bite of this mamadistiko dessert refrigerator sends you to heaven!

Recipe ingredients:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 200 g couverture
  • 4 large eggs
  • 350 gr. sugar
  • 1 kg. liquid vanilla or vanilla pod
  • 1/4 fl. Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 kg. baking powder
  • 125g all-purpose or self-raising flour
  • 150 g finely chopped walnuts
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • For the cream:

  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 g vanilla cornflower or corn flour
  • For the liquid chocolate:

  • 200 g couverture
  • 300 g cream 35%
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 1 tbsp honey

Implementation:

For the white chocolate fridge dessert, first sift the flour with the baking powder. Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a bain-marie over low heat. Stir regularly. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

Put the eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt in a bowl and beat them with a hand mixer for a few minutes until they are fluffy and fluffy. Add the chocolate mixture and stir to incorporate.

Add the walnuts and Amaretto and fold the mixture. Add the sifted flour and gently mix the mixture. Finally add the white chocolate pieces.

We put it in a fireproof buttered oblong dish. Bake on the middle grill for 35'-40', if we have air, or on the bottom grill for 40-45', if we have resistance. Let it stand for 15'. Pour over the liquid chocolate. Let it cool completely.

For liquid chocolate

Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl. Heat the cream and as soon as it swells, pour it into the chocolate. Add honey and Amaretto. Gently fold until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture becomes smooth, shiny and thick without any pieces of chocolate that have not dissolved. Pour over the dessert while it is still warm. Leave the liquid chocolate for a few minutes to start to set.

For the vanilla cream

Reserve 1 cup of milk. Put the rest on the fire with the sugar. Let it warm up. Dissolve the cornflour or corn flower in the cold milk we have reserved and pour it into the pot while mixing. As soon as it thickens, remove from the heat.

While the cream is hot, pour over the dessert. Leave to cool and keep in the refrigerator. If desired, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or truffle.
