How many eggs can we eat per week?
As with all things in our life so with the eggs we should not exaggerate no matter how much we like them.
So according to experts, eating one egg a day is absolutely safe. However, a person needs to look at their overall diet to control which sources they are getting saturated fat, too much of which can be hard on the heart.
It is also advisable to consume the whole egg, as the yolk contains nutrients that the white part does not. All fat soluble vitamins contained in the egg yolk. If you remove it, in addition to the fat, you also lose most of the egg's nutrients.
If you get a lot of protein and fat from other meals and also eat an omelet with eggs and cheese for breakfast, you can harm your health and your figure.
So consume eggs as part of a balanced diet.
