Face mask with avocado and aloe!

An incredibly nourishing but also softening face mask for all skin types.

As I have written to you before, the avocado is rich in vitamins and minerals as well as essential fatty acids, lecithin and phytosterols.

You will need:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of aloe juice
  • 1 teaspoon whole yogurt

Friday:

Cut the avocado into two pieces and put its flesh in a bowl, melt it with a fork and mix with the rest of the ingredients listed in the recipe.

Apply the mask for 10 minutes on clean skin avoiding the area around the eyes and lips and rinse with cold water.

Caution: The mask should be used immediately and any excess product should be thrown away.
