Less time, more pounds

Social and professional obligations often lead to daily deprivation of precious hours of sleep, which we then try to make up at the weekend. But this is not enough and many times we don't even succeed.

The daily lack of sleep can lead in the long term to metabolic disorders which could even cause the appearance of type 2 diabetes.
The relevant investigations show that regulating the hours of nighttime rest could provide benefits to both body weight and metabolism and overall body performance. In the context of a balanced diet aimed at weight loss, it would be good to follow a healthy sleep pattern for even greater success.

Of course, problems also arise when the opposite happens. That is, when a person sleeps more hours than he should.

So be careful!
