Lemons... Squeeze and freeze them!

As you well know, the lemon Tree is an expensive sport for any aspiring chef, since their price is often very high compared to other fruits and vegetables! Come on, but at the same time it is one of the most common and frequently used ingredients in the kitchen and recipes! So what can you do to always have fresh lemon juice for each of your creations?

The solution is simple! When you get lemons at a good price at the super market, make sure you get a large enough quantity. Then squeeze the lemons and distribute the juice in a muffin and cupcake pan or the corresponding utensils you may have at home. Place them in the freezer and once the liquid has stabilized, store them in plastic bags in your freezer. This way you will always have ready portions of fresh lemon juice for every occasion!
