Delicious chocolate mousse with coffee!
You will definitely enjoy this dessert! A delicious one mousse chocolate with coffee!
Materials for 4 servings
1 cup of espresso coffee
250 gr. blanket
2 spoons of fresh butter
3 eggs (separate the yolks from the whites)
2-3 drops of lemon
Utensils:
2 fireproof or stainless steel bowls
1 pot
1 mixer
Implementation:
In the mocha (eye coffee maker) or the espresso machine you make a portion of espresso.
Pour the coffee, chocolate and butter into a bowl, which you immerse in a pot of boiling water (bain marie), stirring the ingredients constantly until the chocolate melts.
Pour the yolks into another bowl, which you immerse again in a pot of boiling water, stirring for 3-5 minutes.
When both mixtures come to room temperature, combine them by stirring.
Beat the egg whites together with the lemon drops to make a meringue and pour them into the chocolate mixture.
Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
