A little vodka on your… mattress!

A decontamination the outer surfaces of your mattress every time you change your sheets. trust me, it doesn't hurt. Use vodka with water to spray it from time to time. The high alcohol content of vodka will "clean up" the situation a bit from microorganisms and parasites that live in your mattress.

Caution: Don't forget that the mattress must be completely dry before you apply it to your sheet.
