Facial scrub with honey, yogurt and oats
Yogurt soothes the skin, while honey moisturizes the skin.
You will need:
– 1 tablespoon of yogurt
– 2 teaspoons of oats
– 1 teaspoon almond (powdered)
– 1 teaspoon of honey
– 1 drop of lavender essential oil
Friday:
Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix them. When it becomes a homogeneous mixture, you spread it on your face. With your fingers, gently massage. Rinse with cold water.
