Mustard chicken in the oven with potatoes and cherry tomatoes
Today's food will blow your mind. It takes 15' preparation and 1/2 hour execution.
So how do we make mustard chicken in the oven with potatoes and cherry tomatoes?
Materials:
- 1 whole chicken (1 1/2-2 kg)
- 1 1/2 kilos of small potatoes with the skin on
- 25 cherry tomatoes, pitted
- 200 g of mustard
- A little sweet bukovo
- 1 tbsp honey
- 12 broadleaf basil leaves, finely chopped
- 100 ml white balsamic vinegar in thin slices
- 100 ml olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Implementation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl mix the olive oil, mustard, bukovo, honey, basil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Brush the chicken inside and out with half of the mustard mixture. Transfer it to a large pan and put the cut lemon inside. Pour the potatoes and cherry tomatoes into the bowl with the rest of the mustard mixture. Mix well with your hands and spread them along with the liquids of the bowl around the chicken.
Bake the food for about 1 1/2 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is golden brown.
