Hot peppers for hair growth

You may have many reasons to love them hot peppers but I found you another one. Hot peppers can promote the growth of hair.

THE capsaicin, the active ingredient in chili peppers (that's what makes them so hot and spicy), triggers a series of reactions in our body that ultimately leads to an increase in the production of insulin growth factor-1 (IGF-1). IGF-1 is known to play an important role in hair growth.

When researchers from Japan gave 48 people with alopecia hot peppers that is, capsaicin, isoflavones and phytoestrogens, they got a pleasant surprise. Among those who took capsaicin and isoflavones, nearly 65 percent had a significant boost in hair growth after five months.
