Fight foot odor with black tea

Every summer I get tons of messages from you asking me for ways to combat foot odor. Today I'm going to write you a black tea recipe that contains sapicic acid which helps fight the bacteria that cause bad breath. It also helps to produce less sweat from your feet by closing the pores.

To make the liquid you will need to boil two bags of black tea in an amount equal to 3 cups of hot water. Then remove the bags and add cold water to balance the temperature.

Leave your feet for 20 minutes and repeat daily or as often as you can.
