You will need:

– 2 liters of green tea
– Juice of 1 orange
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Juice of 1 Lime
Friday:

For green tea use 1 teaspoon of the herb in dry form, not sachets or ready-made commercial green tea, for every cup of water. Add the orange juice, lemon juice and lime juice to the green tea and mix.

Serve chilled and keep refrigerated for 3 days.
