Make your weekend last longer!
To open this article, admit that you are one of those who have been waiting all week for the Weekend and they don't have time to do anything and oops.. Monday comes again. Usually in SK you watch a lot of TV, go out for coffee and drinks, read and sit for hours on the sofa.
So according to him David Eagleman, author of the book The Brain: The Story of You, all of the above habits sum up a typical routine that eventually makes the weekend fly by with us wondering when Monday came again.
But how can we change this?
We need to include in our SC new activities, such as visiting a different restaurant than the one we usually choose. So the secret lies in replacing our typical routine, with something we haven't tried before and will be a new experience and somehow, not only will we enjoy something new but we will give a new dimension to an otherwise simple weekend.
