In terms of physical health, it is important to encourage him to eat well and drink plenty of water. It is good to move and exercise to maintain high energy but also to sleep at least 8 hours every night. From a psychological point of view, what the child needs is to know that you are always there for him, that you accept him, do not judge him and do not create an atmosphere of stress at home.
