The best recipe for fluffy Easter buns

Preparations for Easter have already begun and the Easter buns they are necessary.

MATERIALS:

– 4 cups of all-purpose flour

– 1 sachet of yeast

– 1 1/2 cups of warm milk

- 2 eggs

– 1/3 cup of butter

– 2/3 cup of sugar

– 1/2 kg machele

– 1/2 tsp mastic

- 1 vanilla

– A little salt

IMPLEMENTATION:

Put the yeast, salt, warm milk, butter, eggs and sugar in the mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed. When the ingredients are homogenized, add half the flour, vanilla, machete and mastic and mix well. Add the rest and make a soft and smooth dough. Leave covered in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. Press it to deflate and divide it into 12 balls and mold them into any shape you wish. Place them on the oven tray and let them rise for another 1 hour. Brush them with the egg and sprinkle with truffle or almonds. Bake at 170 C for 20-25 minutes, until they turn pink.
