Easy ball exercises to sculpt your body on the beach
In the summer there is no excuse to avoid it gymnastics. On the beach you can work out without much effort. Swim for a while doing free exercises in the sea and make sure you have a ball with you to follow the program below:
- Holding a ball, swim freestyle for 10m using only your legs. Do 5 repetitions with breaks of no more than 30".
- Keep the ball on the surface and from a vertical position, do small bounces with one leg bending trying to reach the ball with the knee. Perform 2 sets of 20 reps with 30 rests.
- In the same position and with the ball in front of the sternum, do leg abductions, 2 sets of 20 reps.
- Holding the ball above your forehead, sit up until the water covers your chin and then extend your torso and toes as high as possible. Perform 2 sets of 20 repetitions.
Start with this program and in a few days I will come back with something more complex.
