I'm in menopause, I watch my diet but the belly doesn't shrink! What to do;

- Always accompany dairy products and juices with some starch (bread or toast or crackers).
- Do not consume soft drinks and carbonated drinks.
- Legumes and oilseeds are best boiled very well until they melt - melt them so that their skin is not visible and always accompany them with cheese and bread.
- Avoid nuts or eat them grated.
- Prefer lactose-free milk.
- Watch out for sours, and lemon.
- Prefer gluten-free pastries & pasta.
