De-stress by relaxing by the sea
THE sea clearly has its beneficial properties. This time, however, I will not write to you about water aerobics or exfoliation.
I'm going to write about how you can fight stress while you're at the beach.
The stress it is felt in the body in a thousand and two ways. From escalating musculoskeletal pain, to dry skin, metabolic sabotage and more. So it's not just flatlining per se. It is that now, scientifically proven, the sea works beneficially for the brain by putting it in a state of peace called "blue space". Stress is noticeably reduced, with the sea stimulating well-being, protecting the proper functioning of the heart and helping better blood circulation. Zero stress also means a healthy body.
