See how to make a beneficial tomato juice for your body
It's a great juice to make when you want something tasty and filling and don't have time to cook. You will need:
- 5 ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1/2 seeded fresh chili
- 1 stalk fresh basil
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 seeded red pepper
- A little salt
Friday:
Squeeze all the vegetables and herbs, add the olive oil, a little salt and mix well. If you want your juice to be red, you can also add the seeded red pepper while squeezing the rest of the herbs.
