Practice forming numbers!

You may not have seen anything like this before, but it's never too late.

My favorite way to exercise arms, back and chest without fatigue and with pleasure is to form the numbers with my hands. Just as you teach a child the numbers one by one, you will do the same by forming them with your hands.
