For some of you, the gym it seems like the last place you'd want to be.
The burdened daily schedule combined with the cold weather at this time of year are two factors that keep us away from the gym!
But since we also have some fitness goals, we are constantly looking for easy and quick ways to exercise from the comfort of our home.
The following workout routine takes just six minutes and promises to work them out ABS us while we dance.
