Quick trick to get rid of headache without medicine

Lavender oil is one of the few essential oils that you can use straight on your skin. Rub it gently on the temples for headache relief, or combine 2 drops of lavender essential oil with 2 drops of peppermint essential oil.

Info: Lavender essential oil is a colorless or slightly yellow liquid. It is steam distilled from fresh flowers. From the distillation of lavender essential oil, it is obtained rose water  which has a lighter aroma than the oil but retains the same beneficial properties.

Dried Lavender: Dried lavender flowers are made into a decoction that can be used as a skin tonic or hair rinse.
