Strong and shiny nails - How to treat them with oils - The beneficial properties of the sea

The nails they trouble us a lot during the year. The summer holidays are an opportunity to rest and pamper yourself a little more.

What you have to do is remove the color - especially if it's semi-permanent and cut them short.

Then you can massage with various oils such as olive oil, almond oil and even sunscreen.

The olive oil which is also easier to find since it is not missing from any home, it is a very good and gentle treatment that moisturizes the nails, strengthens them and protects them from future damage.

1. Heat some olive oil for a few minutes.

2. Remove the pan from the heat and add some natural lemon juice.

3. Stir the mixture so that it becomes as smooth as possible.

4. Pour the mixture into a glass container and let it cool until it is slightly warmer than room temperature.

5. Dip a cotton ball in the oil and apply to your nails. Gently massage the nail area and let the oil "dry" on its own.

You can do the above treatment 3 times a week.

Don't forget that in summer, the sea, the sun, salt and iodine help significantly to strengthen (and) our nails...
