Improve digestion & fight depression with this juice

An excellent juice with simple and easy ingredients that you can make yourself at home very quickly. It contains basil which renews the spirit and awakens the brain while giving a sense of joy.

This juice improves digestion, clears the respiratory system of phlegm and helps to deal with depression.

You will need:

  • 5 ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 seeded fresh chili
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 stalk basil
  • 1 seeded red pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Friday:

Squeeze all the vegetables and herbs and add the olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients very well.

You add red pepper if you want your juice to have a red color.

The recipe is for 2 glasses of juice.
