The Balm (Hypericum perforatum) or otherwise hypericum and St. John's wort can help a woman when she is going through the difficult days of the month!
Ways of use:
Balm is the most active wort to relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. It has the property of inhibiting the production of prostaglandin, the hormone that causes contractions of the muscles of the uterus, while at the same time it has soothing and antidepressant properties.
Ten days before your period starts, start taking 1/4 teaspoon extract three times a day with food or 1/2 teaspoon balsam tincture.
You will continue taking it until the second day of your period and repeat it again the following month.
