Flawless body without cellulite this summer
It is the permanent problem of every woman, the eternal enemy that when summer comes turns into a nightmare.
Of course I mean her cellulite. What else;
What I keep saying is that a woman does not have to be overweight to have cellulite. A very thin woman may have and a plumper woman may not have a trace.
In simple words, cellulite is the accumulation of fat in specific parts of the body. There are many factors that play a role and trust me hormones are one of the main ones.
A diet rich in fats, exhausting diets, reduced physical activity, smoking, sedentary lifestyle, alcohol abuse, anxiety and uncontrolled stress, disorders of veins and lymphatics significantly favor cellulite.
What to do:
Balance your three meals, paying special attention to your breakfast. As I have told you, it is the most important meal of the day, even if you ignore it. Avoid excesses and deprivations because they will definitely have the opposite effects. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables since it's summer, you'll have more choices. The most important thing: don't call water... water, that is, drink plenty of water on a daily basis and make sure you exercise as much as you can. If you don't want to join the gym, you can go for a walk or a run.
Avoid fast carbohydrates (sugar, sweets), soft drinks, alcohol and fats - especially animal fats (butter, thick cheeses, cured meats).
If you smoke, stop or cut down!
Extra tip: Get a relaxing massage at least once a month
This procedure improves circulation, reduces stress and dissolves fat cells locally.
An anti-cellulite ally hidden in your kitchen
Rosemary is something you definitely have in your kitchen, it facilitates blood circulation, is a diuretic and helps detoxify the body, which directly turns it into a miraculous ally in the fight against cellulite.
– Decoction:
Make a decoction of the rosemary leaves and add a few drops of lemon. Ideally, drink it every morning before your breakfast.
– Massage:
Mix a few drops of rosemary essential oil with grapefruit essential oil. Put a small amount of the mixture on your sponge and massage lightly, using circular movements on the problem areas until your skin is slightly red and hyperemic.
