These are the 4 rules for proper weighing
How are you going to get on scale without considering her your greatest enemy? It's not about how much you try, it's about how you do it…
The following 4 tips will save you and banish all your stress.
1. Weighing once a week
You don't have to obsess over the scale and check your weight every two hours. The fact that you will not see a change will disappoint you and will be a negative motivation for continuing the diet. So weigh yourself once a week and preferably in the morning and after you have visited the toilet. Then the scale will tell you the whole truth.
2. Wednesday, the best day for weighing
Set goals in your diet that are realistic and achievable, such as 1 to 2 kilos per week. But prefer Wednesday to weigh yourself. Researchers from Finland recently proved that changes in our weight appear around the middle of the week and not earlier.
3. Set a goal
We all know what our "good" weight is. They are the ones in which we are happy with our image, put on our clothes and do not avoid looking in the mirror. So identify which number represents your weight and set a goal that is not too far from it.
4. A more global view
The results of your diet and effort do not depend only on weighing and the scale. In between your weigh-ins, find out in other ways if you are close to your goal. Your clothes, for example, and their fit, are one of the most infallible criteria.
