These are the reasons why you feel tired all the time!

There are many reasons why you might wake up tired even if you've had enough sleep, and it's a good idea to get grounded and try to change some of your habits.
The most common are the following:

1. Eat a little before bed
A full meal affects the quality of sleep. If you eat something heavy you are very likely to get heartburn.

2. Go to bed without eating
This fact can even while you are sleeping give food stimuli to your brain. If your stomach is waking you up while you sleep, try eating some yogurt with fruit or another light snack.

3. You don't exercise enough
Exercising during the day can improve sleep quality. Even 20 minutes of exercise a day, ideally in the morning will improve how you sleep.

4. You are addicted to your cell phone
If you receive a lot of light stimuli during the day, it can affect your heart rate and how you sleep. Replace the bright lamps with more moderate ones, turn off the mobile phone, computer, tablet and TV so that your brain knows it's time to sleep.

5. Your sheets are dirty
Personal hygiene also affects sleep. By reducing germs you will sleep easier and better, let alone the feeling of a clean bed after a hard day is extremely comforting.
