These sleeping positions cause wrinkles

It may seem unbelievable to you, but our sleep ages us if we do not sleep in the right position.

So what are these attitudes that damage our skin?

  • Face down: The worst posture and the marks left by the pillow on the face are noticeable even when we have just stood up. Those who sleep like this are more likely to develop forehead wrinkles.
  • Slope: This posture is responsible for vertical wrinkles on the cheeks and chin. Strengthens expression lines and lines around the lips.

Tip: The best solution is to try to sleep on your back to avoid face contact with the pillow. Otherwise, switch cotton pillowcases for satin ones to reduce friction.
