These are the signs that show you need vitamins

You know very well that your outer image, but also the your health status they always betray them your eating habits. 

A research conducted at the CDC, showed that one in ten people is deficient in at least one vitamin.

So the body has a tendency to react when it lacks vitamins and usually "testifies" to us in its own way by showing us some characteristic signs.
