These are symptoms of fertile days
The fertile days, they are no… big secret!
Even if you don't have a regular cycle, the symptoms in your body can show up if you are on your fertile days. All you have to do is notice them….
The most basic of these are:
1. Vaginal fluids
During fertile days, women most often notice a change in their vaginal fluids. They are usually white and thick, and have a sticky texture.
2. The temperature
Just before and during the fertile days, the female body temperature rises. In fact, there are cases where women even have tithes on fertile days. The temperature, however, is in no way an absolute indicator, as it can be due to some illness, fatigue or sleeplessness the night before.
3. Pain
The feeling of swelling and pain in the lower abdomen are just some of the symptoms of ovulation.
4. Swelling
During ovulation, the woman usually feels a general swelling, with particular emphasis on the extremities. This is due to the fluid retention that occurs during that period of the cycle.
5. Breast tenderness
Close to ovulation, the breasts may become more sensitive or slightly sore, due to the increase in progesterone and fluid retention.
