1. Squats

2. Lateral Views

3. Combine, first and second exercise!

Put the hands on the waist and slightly bend the knee, at the same time raise the right leg stretched to the side, aiming to come as parallel to the ground as possible.

3 sets of 15 repetitions is enough to reach the desired result!!!
