DETOXIFICATION AFTER THE HOLIDAYS

Ginger is, if not the first, certainly the second best spice for fighting many diseases. It activates the metabolism and this also helps in the elimination of toxins. For people with liver problem from excessive alcohol, it is recommended to consume ginger. So it is also ideal in our case after the "abuses" of the holidays. Put it in your food and drinks, for a special aroma and of course for a healthier body.
The apples
The apple is a fruit, rich in nutrients. By eating apples we take in a large amount of fiber, mineral salts and many antioxidants. An apple a day keeps the doctor away, the saying goes. So during the period of detoxification consume a sufficient amount of apples, they will do you good.
