Detox after Christmas
You ate a lot this year Christmas and you are not alone. The holidays always force us to commit small sins. However now, just after Christmas it's time to do detoxification.
Follow the tips below:
Juices, tea - but no alcohol
Green tea that flushes out toxins, natural juices rich in vitamins and mineral water are water "substitutes" that will also benefit your body.
Fruits and cereals
