Treat calluses and dry feet while you sleep
If during the day you don't find time to deal with the problems you have in legs at least take care of them at night. You don't have to do many things. Get a good foot cream (See here the hand-foot cream of the Teta's lab series) and stretch your legs just before going to sleep. Immediately put on your cotton socks and in the morning when you wake up you will see your feet softer and healthier.
This does not mean that you should rest and not visit a specialist, but it is the solution of the moment when you do not have time! Try it!
