Antiaging for the skin the almond: Natural recipes!
The almond, rich in vitamins E and K, has important antiaging and healing properties for the skin. It is also rich in palmitic, oleic and linoleic acids, important for their skin-stimulating properties, as well as trace elements such as zinc and iron, essential for balancing the functions of the skin. Almond oil, which comes from pressing the fruits of the almond tree, is traditionally used by aromatherapists as a basic agent for dissolving essential oils, but also as a basic vegetable oil for massage.
Facial scrub for normal-combination skin
You will need :
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds (unprocessed and unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon of honey.
Friday:
Stir the mixture and gently massage the face for 5 minutes. Rinse well.
Hand mask for very dry skin
You will need:
- 1 spoon of almond oil
- 1 cup of butter
Friday:
Mix the mixture and spread it on your hands at night just before going to bed, then wearing cotton gloves.
