Avocado against stress

The avocado, this creamy fruit, which contains, among other things, lutein, beta-carotene, vitamin E and folic acid, shields our body against intense stress. It is, therefore, extremely necessary to include it in our daily diet, being careful not to overdo it with the amount, since avocado has a lot of calories because it is rich in fats - in beneficial monounsaturated fats. It goes very well with green salads, we can spread it as a sauce on sandwiches or use it instead of butter in pastry recipes, even in our breakfast.
