Smart and healthy snacks for kids!

How many calories should a child consume in a snack? It is a question that many mothers ask, especially if they are new.
Opinions differ but in general you should have a measure and calculate that your child should consume around 100 calories or 300 if it is an active teenager.
What kid doesn't love snacks? Since you can't avoid it make it more enjoyable and healthier.
For example:
What's better than yogurt with honey and fruit? A toast with wholemeal bread or a slice of bread with honey or jam?
Also try whole-grain cereal with milk or a hard-boiled egg and a slice of whole-wheat bread.
A few fruits with nuts (almonds, walnuts, raisins, etc.).
Finally, don't forget our favorite cereal bars that should be in every home.
Snacking doesn't have to be fattening and unhealthy, as long as you know how to make the right choices, and trust me there are many!
