A cup of happiness & well-being

To make this recipe you will need to get some herbs that you will definitely not have in your home since they are not from the classic and usual ones. It's not hard to find them and believe me it's worth it as plants apart from the mind and emotions have a tremendous effect on our body in general. The herbs of this particular mixture have been used for many years now to give a sense of well-being, to banish melancholy, exhaustion and depression.

You will need:

  • 1 c. dried flowers of Constantinople acacia, finely chopped
  • 1 c. finely chopped fennel
  • 1 c dried scutellaria, chopped

Friday:

Put all the dried herbs in a teapot and cover with 500ml of boiling water (not hot). Leave them for 10-15 minutes, strain and drink the drink.
