Magnesium deficiency? Foods rich in magnesium!
There are some symptoms that, if they start to accumulate, probably indicate that you have it lack of magnesium. What are these;
-cramps in arms and legs
-insomnia
- mood disorders, such as confusion, nervousness and anxiety
-weakness and chronic fatigue
-bowel disorders, constipation or diarrhoea
-headache
- rapid heartbeats or short-term cardiac arrhythmias
The magnesium it is a very important element of the human diet, however, reading the above does not mean that you should start to worry or think that it may be the lack of magnesium that is to blame for any of the above. It would be a good idea to visit your doctor so that he can advise you and give you some vitamins if he deems it necessary.
