The best smoothie for detoxification and "clean" liver
How good smoothies from fresh fruits and other "diamonds" of nature are for our body is something that cannot be disputed.
Nutritionists include this type of drink even in the strictest diet plans, making it clear that we are talking about "good" calories that should not concern us.
Detox drinks in the form of smoothies have their place of honor all over the world, with internationally famous celebrities preferring them for their morning meal, claiming that they give them a lot of energy and keep them full in order to resist the not-so-helpful diet snacks.
However, detox juices aren't just for the morning. It is also for consumption before sleep.
In this category belongs the grapefruit-based drink which experts recommend as our number one ally for eliminating toxins and "cleansing" our liver.
Drink it before bed and you will feel the results!
Materials:
- 2 red or yellow grapefruits
- 4 lemons
- 2 fresh cloves of garlic
- 1 fresh ginger root
- 300 ml filtered distilled water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Implementation:
Squeeze the grapefruits and lemons and set aside their juice.
We proceed by melting the garlic to get the juice and grating the ginger.
Place the distilled water and olive oil in the blender and then add our fruit juices, ginger and garlic juice.
Beat on low speed, pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
It would be good not to let our drink "stay" for more than two minutes, so that it does not oxidize and its vitamins are lost.
