What to do to not yawn all day after a night out...
A classic phenomenon, especially in the summer to stay up a little longer. But what if in the morning we work and have to go to the office or the store? I've had it happen several times to be sleepy but have to work, so I have 3 good tips, tried and tested to tell you so that you can avoid yawning.

Known trick. In the morning when you wake up and wash your face, pour plenty of ice water to "open the eye".
Despacito
Play music while you get ready. It gives energy and lifts the mood. If the track you like this year is despasito (which plays everywhere all day) put it on!
No coffee?
How to function without coffee? Make a cup of coffee, preferably straight, and your mind will "run".
