Sunburn spray
A sunburn is an acute damage to the skin caused by the effect of solar radiation. It is due to ultraviolet radiation that penetrates the skin. The extent of sunburn depends on skin type, duration of sun exposure and intensity of solar radiation.
It can range from mild to very severe depending on skin type and sun exposure. Sunburn is an important risk factor for so-called photoaging and skin cancer.
Clinical manifestations of sunburn range from simple, mild erythema to edema (swelling), blistering, and severe pain.
In each of these cases, what is needed is hydration of the area but, at the same time, protection from infection.
Make the following sunburn spray:
You will need:
– 115 grams of aloe vera
– 20 drops of lavender essential oil
– 20 drops of tea tree essential oil
– 20 drops of chamomile essential oil
Friday:
Mix all the ingredients, put the mixture in a spray bottle and shake well. Spray on the burned areas as many times as you like.
