Cake with yogurt, dried cranberries and strawberry jam

I understand that you really like my recipes and that's why I often share some of them with you. You will love today's recipe.

Materials:

  • 1 box of cake mix
  • 100 gr. (1/2 cup) yogurt 2% fat
  • 50 gr. (1/2 cup) unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 100 gr. (5 tbsp.) Strawberry Jam
  • 3 limes
  • 1 fresh vanilla pod
  • 90 ml (½ teacup) olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 90 ml (½ tea cup) semi-skimmed milk 1.5% fat

Procedure:
Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the package. In the prepared mixture, add the zest and juice of the lemons, yogurt and vanilla and mix lightly. At the end, add the chopped cranberries. Pour the dough into a round mold with a diameter of 24-26 cm, spread half the amount of Strawberry Jam and cover with the rest of the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. After it has cooled, spread the rest of the Strawberry Jam on the surface.
