Cooling gel for feet

You will need
• 2 spoons of aloe vera gel
• 1/2 spoon of peppermint essential oil
Friday:
Mix the ingredients with a fork in a bowl and, whenever your feet feel tired and heavy, apply a small amount and massage until absorbed.
