Do you know the benefits of avocado?

The avocado, a favorite fruit that contains fat and indeed good fats, it has a place in all our dishes, whether they are sweet or savory. Considered superfood and it is very beneficial for our body as:

10. It is a good source of potassium, thanks to which the pressure is regulated.
