These foods that you consume on a daily basis make you look older

What we eat affects our skin either positively or negatively. I usually recommend foods that are good for you, such as fruits and vegetables.
But do you know which foods and drinks are damaging your body and making you look older?
These foods are:
- Alcohol
Alcohol mainly harms the liver. If the liver is not working properly toxins build up and your skin can develop acne, paleness and wrinkles.
After drinking alcohol, don't forget to drink plenty of water.
- Sweet
If you consume more sugar than your body can process, the extra molecules that remain bind to proteins and create tissue inflammation. This means that the skin's collagen is damaged.
– Salt
Salt, in addition to dehydrating the skin, also creates fluid retention. Reduce the amount.
– Energy drinks
Energy drinks have a very negative effect on your teeth. Due to their acidity, they harm the enamel of the teeth and make them prone to stains.
The same is true with lemons because of their acidity.
– Dried meat
It is essentially coal. The hydrocarbons contained in the "charcoal" of overcooked meat break down the skin's collagen.
It's a good idea to scrape the overcooked spots to get the char off before channeling.
